Roles and responsibilities:

  • Support the development and delivery of employee training, onboarding, and internal learning programs
  • Help communicate new processes, policies, and guidelines in a clear and easy-to-understand manner
  • Partner with leaders and teams to plan and roll out learning initiatives across the organization
  • Track training participation, completion, and follow-up actions to ensure accountability
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing learning materials so they are accessible and practical for day-to-day use
  • Gather feedback from employees and stakeholders to improve training content and delivery
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure understanding and adherence to established processes and policies

Requirements

  • FRESH GRADS CAN APPLY!
  • Experience in supporting training, onboarding, or learning initiatives (not limited for the BPO Industry)
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document complex processes and policies
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proficiency in using documentation tools and software
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong and Buendia, Makati
  • Amenable working night shift
