What You’ll Do Be Doing
- Contractor Onboarding: Validate details, conduct right-to-work checks, issue contracts and manage the reference & vetting process
- Client Compliance: Prepare accurate contracts
- Data & Reporting: Maintain precise records across various systems and complete monthly audits and MI reporting
- Support Delivery: Approve timesheets, resolve queries and keep processes running smoothly
- Stakeholder Support: Act as the first point for contactor compliance queries and working collaboratively with internal teams

Requirements
- Proven administration / coordination experience gained in a recruitment or sales environment
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A problem-solving mindset with a commitment to compliance excellence
