Commercial Manager ( Real Estate)

• Do you have proven expertise in Real Estate sales, particularly related to Golden Visa acquisitions, with a strong track record of achieving at least 10 successful transactions annually?

•  Are you experienced in working with international clients, leveraging global exposure to build relationships and drive success in the Golden Visa market?

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client Investment Clarity Development in Real Estate, is seeking a Commercial Manager.

🖋️You will be reporting to: General Manager

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Bussiness, or related filed

● Experience in Real Estate sales, related to Golden VISA acquisition for foreigners.

● Proven track record of successful Golden Visa sales in Greece, ideally around 10 cases per year

● International exposure

● MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

● Languages English, (Turkish or Chinese highly preferable)  

Responsibilities

● Identify real estate residential/commercial properties for Golden Visa

●Evaluate properties for purchasing.

●Assist in properties purchasing & negotiations.

●Attract prospect clients, promote, and sell real estate residential properties for Golden Visa

●Establish, maintain, and grow a certain network of immigration offices, developers and Real estate agents
