Civil Engineer - Surveyor

Human's Pulse is seeking on behalf of its client – an established engineering office – a Surveyor / Civil Engineer.

Our client, based in Mykonos, has over 10 years of experience in the field of surveying and civil engineering services. They specialize in topographic diagrams, land registry procedures, preparation of complete documentation for notarial deeds, as well as construction layout services.

Their team consists of a Surveying Engineer and a Civil Engineer, working together to deliver accurate and reliable results. They value a collaborative and friendly working environment, combined with flexibility and professionalism in every project they undertake.

As a Surveyor / Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for the preparation and management of technical documentation, including topographic diagrams, land registry applications, energy performance certificates, and building identity files. You will collaborate with our experienced team to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery of all assigned projects.

Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative tasks including record keeping and management of incoming and outgoing phone and email communications.

• Manage files for the legalization of unauthorized constructions and Building Identity documentation.

• Prepare Energy Performance Certificates (with the ability to generate XML files considered an asset).

• Draft and deliver accurate topographic diagrams.

• Submit and follow up on land registry correction applications.

Requirements

• Relevant degree and corresponding experience in a back office or administrative role.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
