The Role: Chat-Based Customer Advisor (9)

The Chat-Based Customer Advisor (9) position is a key remote role designed for detail-oriented, communicative individuals who are ready to contribute from day one. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Keep personal product and service knowledge up to date through regular training sessions.
  • Handle multiple simultaneous chat conversations without sacrificing quality.
  • Identify and flag recurring issues to the team lead for process improvement.
  • Log all customer interactions accurately in the client's CRM system.
  • Complete end-of-shift reports documenting key metrics and unresolved issues.

Requirements

  • Available to commit to a minimum of 15–20 hours per week during scheduled shifts.
  • Strong written English communication skills — clear, professional, and empathetic.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 45 WPM accurately under moderate time pressure.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to maintain focus and productivity in a home environment.
  • No prior experience required — comprehensive paid training provided upon hire.
