Leading Investment Fund / Private Equity Firm with a strong portfolio in Real Estate, Renewable Energy, and Infrastructure projects, operating both in Greece and internationally: CFO
Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting
- Optimize capital structure and funding strategies for projects and portfolio companies
- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, treasury, tax, and reporting
- Manage cash flow, CAPEX, and OPEX across assets and investments
- Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in investment decisions, M&A, and financial due diligence
- Monitor asset performance and lead financial reporting at fund and SPV level
- Collaborate with auditors, banks, legal advisors, and institutional investors
- Lead the finance team and act as strategic advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred
- Professional qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CFA) is a strong asset
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in an investment fund, private equity, or asset-heavy industry (e.g. real estate, energy, infrastructure)
- Solid understanding of capital markets, fund structures, and SPVs
- Extensive experience in cash flow planning, capital management, and financial modeling
- Familiarity with due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and M&A processes
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- High level of integrity, discretion, and strategic thinking
