The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide strategic direction and operational leadership to drive sustainable growth and innovation within the mobility and fleet management sector. This role demands a visionary leader who can balance strategic foresight with hands-on operational excellence, guiding the organization toward achieving its business objectives. The CEO will oversee company performance, manage financial outcomes, and ensure operational efficiency across all functions while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute long-term business strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
  • Oversee daily operations including fleet utilization, maintenance, and process optimization for maximum efficiency.
  • Drive financial performance by managing P&L, revenue targets, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Lead expansion efforts by establishing strategic partnerships with ride-hailing, logistics, and corporate partners.
  • Implement effective fleet and asset management strategies including acquisition, leasing, and lifecycle management.
  • Champion the adoption of technology and data-driven insights to improve decision-making and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with transportation, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Build, guide, and mentor a strong leadership team across operations, finance, technology, and customer success.
  • Collaborate with investors, board members, and partners to align vision, performance, and strategic priorities.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Over 15 years of proven experience in mobility, fleet management, or transportation operations.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling large operational networks and managing vehicle fleets efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of leasing models, asset management, and financial performance management.
  • Solid track record of business transformation and strategic leadership in a high-growth or startup ecosystem.
  • Experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams and driving organizational alignment.
  • Background in automotive leasing, ride-hailing, or logistics operations preferred.
  • Exposure to digital mobility platforms or telematics solutions is an advantage.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification in Business, Operations, or related discipline.
  • Visionary leadership with a commercial mindset, strong analytical skills, and an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
