At Six Flags Qiddiya City, The Cashier - Food & Beverage will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently handling cash transactions, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records at food and beverage outlets. This role requires maintaining a clean and organized work area, assisting with inventory, and ensuring a smooth flow of service for guests. The Cashier will work closely with food service staff to ensure timely service, support in restocking supplies, and deliver a positive guest experience.

Requirements

Education A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience 0-1 years of experience in cash handling, customer service, or a food service environment.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and willingness to assist guests.
  • Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations quickly and accurately.
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Quickly addresses guest concerns and operational issues, ensuring minimal disruption during service.
  • Languages: Fluent in Arabic & English.

Job Responsibilities:

▪ Process cash, credit, and mobile payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring that guests receive the correct

change and receipts.

▪ Greet guests with a friendly attitude, providing information about menu items, prices, and special promotions.

▪ Handle cash registers and POS systems, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and balances are

maintained at the end of each shift.

▪ Maintain a clean and organized cash register area, ensuring that countertops, registers, and other service areas

meet cleanliness standards.

▪ Assist with restocking supplies such as napkins, straws, and other service items, ensuring that the food service

area is prepared for peak periods.

▪ Provide support to food service staff during busy periods, helping to expedite orders and ensure timely service.

▪ Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner, escalating any issues to the manager

when necessary.

▪ Assist with end-of-day cash reconciliations, preparing reports on transactions and balancing the cash drawer

accurately.

▪ Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cash register supplies, such as receipts and bags, notifying management

of any shortages.

▪ Follow safety and hygiene protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and maintaining a safe work

environment.

▪ Support promotional activities, such as offering discounts or upselling items to enhance guest satisfaction and

increase sales.
