Hexagon Recruitment Partners is a growing recruitment agency specialising in matching high-quality candidates with the right opportunities. We are looking to recruit a confident, personable Recruitment Resourcer to support our consultants by screening and engaging candidates at the early stages of the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing candidate CVs against job requirements
- Making a high volume of outbound calls to candidates
- Conducting structured telephone screening interviews using pre-prepared question sets (training and scripts provided)
- Building rapport quickly with candidates and creating a positive first impression of the agency
- Accurately recording interview outcomes, notes, and availability on the CRM system
- Managing candidate information in line with GDPR and company processes
- Representing Hexagon Recruitment Partners in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner at all times.
Location: UB7 (Office / Hybrid – if applicable)
Hours: Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 with 30 mins unpaid lunch break
Salary: £27,000
Requirements
Skills & Experience Required
- Excellent telephone manner – confident, friendly, and professional
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Positive, bubbly, and engaging personality with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Comfortable spending long periods of time on the phone
- Good computer literacy, including CRM systems and basic Microsoft Office
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Ability to follow scripts and processes consistently
Previous recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential – full training will be provided.
