We are currently seeking a talented Business Unit Analyst to join our dynamic team.

The Business Unit Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business trends, preparing reports, and supporting strategic decision-making within the organization. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that our business units operate efficiently and effectively, contributing to our overall success.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business unit performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with different departments to gather data and insights for strategic planning initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing relevant data and analysis.
  • Assist in the development of business strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Participate in project follow-ups to ensure goals and objectives are being met.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analyst, Finance, or related field.
  • Are welcome JR, MID or Sr profiles in business analysis, financial analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish.
