The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of technology-led services and complex enterprise environments, with the ability to translate market opportunities into scalable, revenue-generating offerings. This role is accountable for shaping go-to-market strategies, driving pipeline development, and leading commercial activities for Xcellink’s Data Center Operations, Software Development and Delivery, and Workforce Solutions portfolio. This position requires a blend of commercial leadership, industry insight, and operational oversight to ensure that Xcellink’s services are positioned competitively and delivered successfully across multi-site customer environments. The Business Manager will champion best-in-class service models, guide solution structuring, and ensure alignment between sales, delivery, and partner ecosystems.
The role will also lead market-entry and expansion initiatives, cultivate strategic alliances, and strengthen executive-level customer relationships. Working closely with delivery leaders, the Business Manager will set performance expectations, develop future-ready teams, and create sustainable revenue growth—firmly establishing Xcellink as a trusted regional partner in data center operations and software-driven technology services.
Business Development & Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve company growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and other strategic alliances regionally.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Lead the technical discovery sessions, collaborating with customers to understand their business and technical requirements,
- To drive Xcellink solutions in applications development, data center services or ICT services.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Lead the sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base and product/ service offerings.
- Develop and execute sales plans to drive market penetration and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams during the sales cycle, providing technical input for solution design and clarifying technical aspects during contract negotiation.
- Ensure the successful execution of customer projects, managing multi-disciplinary technical teams to deliver solutions within specified timeframes and budget constraints.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Customer Acquisition, Success & Relationship Management:
- Design and implement customer acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-value clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups, feedback collection, and addressing any issues promptly.
Market Presence, Networking & Relationship Building
- Increase company visibility and brand presence through targeted marketing, promotional activities, and proactively attend and represent the company at industry and networking events.
- Develop and execute brand positioning strategies to differentiate the company from competitors.
- Expand and leverage the company's network of industry contacts including potential clients, partners, vendors, and influencers, to identify new business opportunities.

Collaboration with Delivery Team:
- Support and lead the delivery team to ensure that services are aligned with expectations.
- Provide market insights and feedback to the delivery team to guide the development of relevant services.
- Collaborate on the development of new service offerings that address emerging market demands and customer requirements.
Revenue & Performance Management:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, revenue, and customer acquisition.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on business development and sales activities.
- Adjust strategies and tactics as needed to meet evolving business goals and market conditions.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture focused on continuous improvement.
- Provide technical trainings when required for both internal team and external projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
5 to 7 years of experience in business development, with knowledge of Data Center Operations, Software Development, and Workforce Augmentation.
Proven success in growing business across Southeast Asia, supported by a strong industry network.
