As Business Development Manager, you are responsible for expanding ARVOO’s customer base and driving sales growth across the product portfolio. You build strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring they get maximum value from ARVOO solutions and enabling continued adoption.
Your primary customers are typically system integrators and providers of integrated solutions where ARVOO products form a critical part of the overall offering. You also influence decision-makers in both private and public sector environments to build demand and highlight the benefits of ANPR solutions. You act as a trusted advisor and valued partner, regularly visiting partners across your territories and representing ARVOO at (international) trade fairs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales within assigned territories (national/international);
- Acquire new customers/partners and expand existing accounts;
- Build and execute effective sales plans; manage pipeline and priorities;
- Deeply understand and position complex software/hardware solutions with technical credibility;
- Engage system integrators and influence their end-customers (B2B and B2G);
- Attend and represent ARVOO at (international) trade fairs;
- Support tender processes and complex bid opportunities (preferred experience).
Requirements
Background & experience
- Based in Europe;
- Bachelor’s degree level, ideally in a technical or commercial field;
- Ideally 4+ years successful experience in an international sales development role;
- Experience in B2B and/or B2G sales environments preferred;
- Experience with tender processes and winning complex bids is a plus.
