- Computer Science or any IT-related course
- Minimum of 2-3 year experience
- Should be able to directly interact with clients and different groups to understand system issues, system requirements, etc.
- Should be able to monitor/track the resolution and next steps/actions needed on issues and concerns raised by client
- Knowledge on any service or helpdesk management system is a plus
- Should be able to conduct information gathering to help identify areas in which the system can improve on and perform effectively and efficiently
- Should have problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
- Ability to configure, monitor, and manage ERP systems such as Order Management System is a plus
- Ability to do user training
- Ability to conduct quality assurance testing
- Basic knowledge in MySQL or basic SQL scripting
- Experience with technical writing especially documenting process flow diagrams, business requirements documents, problems and solutions for customers and other support personnel, creating user’s manual
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong self-learning capability
- Adaptive to changing work schedules and working hours
