Business Analyst

Talent Worx is searching for a dedicated Business Analyst to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing and improving business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting the implementation of technology solutions that drive organizational success. You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure that their needs are met effectively through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Informatics, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Proficient in process mapping and business analysis tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex data and present findings in a clear manner.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
