Job Description:

The Business Administrative Executive provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Vice President (Global Office). This role ensures the smooth execution of day-to-day activities, coordinates cross-functional communications, and assists in strategic and administrative matters related to global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the VP’s calendar and partially support HOD, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive meetings.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications across global offices and departments.
  • Support project tracking, documentation, and follow-ups on key initiatives.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in budget monitoring, expense reporting, and procurement processes.
  • Organize events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 5 years of administrative or executive support experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business communication tools.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
