Job Overview:
As a BTL (Below-The-Line) Account Director, you will have a significant role in our Integrated Marketing and Communications team by overseeing key accounts for major Greek and multinational clients. Your responsibilities will involve daily client interactions, project management, creative development, and fostering opportunities for business growth within our existing client base. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with multinational clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Project Planning: Respond to new client briefs by conducting research and crafting comprehensive plans, creative concepts, branding proposals, budgets, reports, and presentations.
- Client Growth: Identify and develop opportunities to expand our business within existing client accounts, promoting our agency's full range of services. Build and maintain relationships with partners and clients.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Communications and/or Business Administration.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of account handling experience, specifically in Below-The-Line activities and event management within an agency environment.
- Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in English and in Greek, both written and verbal.
- Tech-Savvy Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in PowerPoint. Good understanding of digital communication principles including Social Media.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both internally and externally.
- Marketing Acumen: A strong understanding of 360° campaigns and digital marketing concepts. Be updated on industry trends and marketing insights, continuously learning and applying new knowledge to projects.
- Project Management: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively and thrive under pressure.
