  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing and service plans, ensuring robust execution and follow-up to maximize effectiveness. 
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions. 
  • Spearheaded the development of new services, secured compelling partnerships, and devised creative promotional initiatives to boost brand awareness and service utilization. 
  • Create and refine marketing tools and materials to enhance campaign effectiveness. 
  • Continually update and maintain a detailed customer database for the brand. 
  • Manage sales reporting and support relevant operational activities. 
  • Coordinate with influencers and press for marketing events and PR activities, including new store openings. 
  • Develop engaging social media content to strengthen brand presence and monitor performance metrics to optimize strategies. 
  • Engage with existing customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business. 
  • Manage visual merchandising online and offline and ensure excellent execution 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Branding, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in Trading, Retail, FMCG, Cosmetics, or the Beauty industry is preferred. 
  • A visionary in marketing with a proactive approach to planning and foresight. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively. 
  • A strong interest and background in cosmetic or beauty trends. 
  • Excellent command of English, with stellar presentation and communication skills. 
  • Passionate about growth and personal development. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), various social media platforms, and CRM software.
