Planning
•
Will be responsible for working with Project Directors for the trade show concepts.
•
Planning & executing & tracking and managing the marketing and communication budgets effectively.
•
Will be responsible for creating strategies to increase footfalls at the trade fairs.
Brand positioning
•
Will be responsible for end-to-end marketing & branding activities.
•
Will be responsible for creating a strong positioning and brand recall for the portfolio of trade fairs, keeping in mind the target customers.
•
Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of publications and collaterals.
•
Will be responsible for innovative marketing ideas and independently executing the marketing plan.
Marketing Operations
•
Monitor overall quality of communication work and actively evaluate progress and effectiveness of communication programs employed.
•
Will be responsible for marketing and promotions of existing concepts.
•
Will be responsible for creating new concepts/schemes in consultation with Project Directors.
•
Will be responsible for creating all marketing collaterals for the portfolio of trade fairs.
•
Will be responsible for identifying the right media channels, media agencies and negotiating the best deals with them.
•
Will be responsible for building and managing relations with trade and mainstream media for getting press releases and coverage of the portfolio of events.
•
Will be responsible for identifying new vendors who can offer innovative and cost-effective solutions.
•
Supporting head of department in vendor appointment process.
•
Coordinate with PR agency to gather reports on distributed releases.
•
Will be responsible for development of digital marketing plan inclusive of social media, online paid promotions, SEO etc.
•
Close collaboration with German headquarters (Munich) to secure consistent brand and design guidelines as well as brand message.
Reporting Structure & Task Sheets
•
Direct reporting to the Head of Marketing/CMO.
•
Responsible for giving direction to marketing managers, whenever required.
•
Responsible for conducting weekly/bi-weekly meetings with project teams.
•
Timely following and executing the ‘Task sheet’ and ‘Marketing Plan’.
Candidate Requirements:
•
10-15 years of experience in event marketing, with a proven track record of success.
•
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and departments.
•
Exceptional project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•
Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
•
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies to drive results.
