Nasoft is currently seeking a Brand & Design Specialist to join our client’s creative team. This role is crucial in shaping and developing the visual identity of the brand, producing high-quality designs, and ensuring consistent branding across all channels. The ideal candidate will create impactful visuals that support marketing and communication objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, website, and landing pages.
• Ensure visual consistency across all communication materials according to brand guidelines.
• Create marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, one-pagers, and sales kits.
• Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to support campaign needs.
• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual storytelling solutions.
• Coordinate with external printing vendors or freelancers when needed.
• Optimize visual assets for user engagement, clarity, and brand identity.
• Support UI/UX tasks (basic wireframes, layout improvements) when required.
• Perform other related design tasks as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or brand identity design.
• Experience in GCC markets is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) + Canva + Figma.
• Strong creative portfolio (mandatory).
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.
• Strong eye for detail, layout, typography, and color theory.
• Understanding of UX/UI is a plus.
Working Conditions
• Total working hours: 9 hours daily (8 working hours + 1-hour break).
• Work mode: Hybrid (3 office days – 2 remote days).
• Location: Sheikh Zayed.
• Two days off per week.
• Performance evaluation based on design quality, delivery timelines, creativity, and brand consistency.
