About You

You’re a product marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution. You enjoy translating complex technologies into clear, customer-relevant narratives and driving go-to-market success through collaboration.

📈 Role level - Scope & Impact 

This role sits at the Medior 1–2 level (R3/4), meaning you’ll:

  • Handle end-to-end product marketing activities for selected biometric solutions, from positioning to campaign execution, with growing autonomy.
  • Contribute to cross-functional go-to-market strategies, collaborating closely with product, marketing, and regional sales teams.
  • Communicate confidently across teams and represent Innovatrics in internal and external discussions, including events and customer interactions.
  • Deliver complex marketing projects independently, showing initiative and ownership while seeking high-level guidance where needed.
  • Understand how your work connects to Innovatrics’ business model and directly supports value creation and revenue growth.
  • Contribute actively to team culture - modeling transparency, trust, and accountability in everyday collaboration.

At this level, success means demonstrating strong ownership, a balance of creativity and strategy, and the ability to influence how product marketing drives business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in solution or product marketing, ideally in tech or B2B/B2G environments.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technology into clear, compelling customer-focused messaging.
  • Hands-on experience creating marketing materials (e.g., web copy, case studies, sales collateral, campaign content).
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Comfortable representing the company at industry events and gathering insights to refine strategy.

🧰 Tech Stack (Preferred)

  • Familiarity with WordPress, Google Slides, and Canva for content and design.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) for campaign tracking.

  • Salary range: starting from €2,200 gross/month (TPP), depending on level and experience.
