We are seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-focused Bilingual (Spanish) Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our night shift team in our 24-hour operation.
About the Role
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for callers, providing accurate information, problem resolution, and courteous support in both English and Spanish. You will be expected to follow established procedures, maintain service quality standards, and manage calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week night shift position. Candidates must be available to work any assigned night shift schedule and understand that schedules may change based on call volume, business needs, and client requirements.
