About the Role

As the Beach Manager, you lead one of the resort’s most dynamic environments, overseeing all operations, service standards and team performance at the Beach Club. You ensure guests enjoy a seamless, stylish beach experience with impeccable service, comfort and safety. You manage teams across service, housekeeping support, bar operations and beach logistics, ensuring the space reflects the sophistication and energy of a world-class luxury destination.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all Beach Club operations, ensuring elevated service delivery throughout the day.
  • Supervise service teams (Waiters A, Waiters B, Runners, Bar Attendants, Housemen).
  • Manage beach seating plans, guest flow and VIP coordination.
  • Ensure beach cleanliness, lounger setup, towel service and amenity availability.
  • Collaborate with F&B to maintain service speed, product quality and consistency.
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and proactive hospitality.
  • Maintain standards of safety, sunbed spacing, beach zoning and walkway access.
  • Coordinate with Lifeguards for smooth operations.
  • Conduct briefings, schedule staffing and ensure grooming and behavioral standards.
  • Oversee stock levels, bar readiness and equipment condition.
  • Support revenue generation through upselling, activations and premium experiences.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of leadership experience in luxury beach clubs, resorts or lifestyle venues.
  • Strong people management and communication abilities.
  • Ability to maintain calm and leadership under busy outdoor conditions.
  • Fluent in English (Greek is a plus).
  • Excellent service mentality and attention to detail.
