Voulgaris Hospitality Group is seeking a passionate and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will work closely with the Food and Beverage Director to ensure the smooth operation of our bar, deliver exceptional service, and create memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of bartenders, providing guidance, coaching, and training as needed.
  • Oversee all aspects of the bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Create and maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
  • Develop and update drink menus with innovative and creative cocktails, considering guest preferences and market trends.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop food and beverage pairings and promote upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the proper storage and handling of all bar equipment and glassware.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced, high-volume establishment.
  • Proven track record of successful team management and leadership skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as bartending techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
