As a Bar Service professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bar service, maintaining high-quality standards, and meeting the needs of our guests. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages to guests according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar area, including restocking supplies
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and ensuring their satisfaction
- Provide timely and efficient service while adhering to company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to create and update cocktail menus, keeping up with industry trends
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly
- Maintain knowledge of all products and services offered by the bar, including daily specials
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and bar equipment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations in a professional manner
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of applicable health and safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
