About the Role

As a Bar Back, you ensure seamless bar operations by supporting bartenders with speed, organization and precision. You maintain stock, cleanliness, equipment readiness and all behind-the-scenes essentials that keep the bar performing at luxury standards. This role is essential to the guest-facing excellence of our bar.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and replenish bar stock, garnishes, ice, glassware and tools.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and ensure all equipment is polished and ready.
• Support bartenders during service with restocking and preparation.
• Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries.
• Ensure fast turnaround of glassware and maintain washing/polishing standards.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience as a bar back or runner in high-volume or luxury venues is preferred.
• Strong organization skills, speed and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• English required (basic conversational).
