About the Role

About the Role:
We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Associate- AI Solution Delivery to join our fast-moving team. In this role, you'll work on building, maintaining, and optimizing AI agents that power real-world business interactions.
This is a hands-on opportunity to dive deep into the world of Generative AI, prompt engineering, and GTM, while working closely with clients, understanding their workflows, and directly improving agent effectiveness and business outcomes.

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

  • Build, maintain, and enhance Conversational AI agents using large language models (LLMs)
  • Collaborate with the team to deploy AI agents in real client environments
  • Collect and analyze client feedback and agent performance data to iterate and improve agent responses
  • Experiment with prompting techniques, persona design, fallback strategies, and edge case handling
  • Understand client processes deeply to automate workflows using AI agents
  • Work in a fast-paced 0→1 environment where ambiguity is a feature, not a bug
