Voulgaris Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly and service-oriented Assistant Waiter to join our team. As an Assistant Waiter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the exceptional dining experience our guests have come to expect from our hotels. Responsibilities

  • Assist waitstaff in setting up tables and ensuring they are clean and presentable for guests.
  • Greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and provide them with menus.
  • Take drink and food orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring a prompt and courteous service.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or complaints.
  • Clear tables and prepare them for the next guests.
  • Work closely with the waitstaff team to provide a seamless dining experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques and etiquette.
