AYANA Hospitality is seeking a Recruitment Assistant Manager to join our team at AYANA Komodo, one of the most luxurious resorts in Indonesia. As the Recruitment Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment process and ensuring the hiring needs of the resort are met.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms
- Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications
- Coordinate candidate selection and onboarding processes
- Maintain and update recruitment database and candidate records
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record in sourcing and attracting top talent
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Professional certification in HR or recruitment is a plus
