About the Job:

We arelooking for full time Assistant Project Manager having background experience in the project management / client management for our office located in Phase 7, Bahria town, Islamabad.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide updates on projects to clients and the senior management team.
· Effectively communicate with clients, translators, and team to ensure high quality translated materials
· Respond in a timely and professional manner to queries concerning projects.
· Ensure smooth internal and external communication on all project related matters
· Producing high quality work, including checking details, to meet strict deadlines by coordinating with team
· Developing strong working relationships with internal team, freelance translators, and Company’s clients
· Perform any relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
· Highly organized and able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
· Ability to work effectively under pressure.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Must be proficient in managing data
· MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
· Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
· Good persuasive skills
