Globe Life AO is seeking dependable and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. This role focuses on assisting clients through virtual communication channels by providing accurate information, service support, and enrollment assistance.

Communicate with clients via phone, email, and Zoom
Respond to customer questions and service-related inquiries
Provide clear, accurate information regarding company-approved products and services
Assist clients with enrollments, updates, and general account support
Schedule and conduct virtual service appointments as needed
Maintain accurate and confidential digital records
Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
Must be at least 18 years of age
Authorized to work in the United States
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic computer applications

Customer-service mindset and willingness to learn
No prior customer service or industry experience required
