The Role: App Testing Coordinator

The App Testing Coordinator position is a key remote role designed for detail-oriented, communicative individuals who are ready to contribute from day one. • Attempt to replicate reported bugs from other testers to confirm reproducibility.
• Provide detailed written feedback on the overall user experience, flow, and intuitiveness.
• Follow structured test scenarios and document results clearly in the provided reporting tool.
• Test apps across different network conditions (WiFi, 4G, 5G) as instructed.
• Identify bugs, glitches, UI inconsistencies, and unexpected behaviors and report them with screenshots.
• Rate app features on usability, design clarity, and overall satisfaction.

Requirements

• Reliable internet connection for downloading apps and submitting reports.
• Clear written communication skills to document bug reports and feedback accurately.
• Ownership of a modern smartphone (iOS or Android) capable of installing apps from app stores.
• Ability to follow test instructions precisely and complete tasks within provided deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail — ability to notice subtle UI issues, slow load times, or broken flows.
• Must be 18 years or older and a resident of the United States.
