LES TÂCHES QUE VOUS ALLEZ ACCOMPLIR 🎯

Dans le cadre de votre poste, vous serez appelé à :

• Rédiger et mettre à jour des documents techniques destinés aux opérations de finition intérieure, aux vols d'essais et à la livraison des avions.
• Interpréter, vérifier et approuver les dessins techniques et autres documents émis par le service d'ingénierie.
• Développer des stratégies pour l'assemblage et l'intégration des composantes d'avion dans le cadre des activités de finition intérieure, de vols d'essais et de livraison.
• Déterminer les outils nécessaires pour l’assemblage et l’intégration afin de garantir le respect des tolérances géométriques requises.
• Coordonner la mise en œuvre des changements d’ingénierie ou des ajustements de stratégie d’assemblage en collaboration étroite avec les départements d’ingénierie, de logistique, de qualité et de production.
• Contribuer activement au soutien opérationnel en assurant la coordination et la résolution des problèmes techniques avec les autres équipes de soutien.

TASKS YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH 🎯

In your role, you will:

• Write and revise assembly instruction books or manufacturing instruction books for the manufacturing or assembly of aircraft components.
• Interpret, verify and approve drawings and other engineering documents.
• Develop assembly and manufacturing strategies for aircraft components.
• Develop necessary tools to manufacture or assemble aircraft components by considering established geometric tolerancing.
• Harmonize the implementation of engineering changes or assembly strategies by working in close collaboration with Engineering, Parts Logistics, Quality and Production.
• Participate actively in production support by coordinating problem solving with other support departments.

En tant que candidat idéal, 

• Vous avez un diplôme d'études collégiales ou universitaires en ingénierie mécanique ou dans une discipline connexe.
• Vous avez au minimum deux (2) années d'expérience en milieu manufacturier.
• Vous êtes à l'aise en lecture de dessins techniques et avez une bonne visualisation 3D et un bon esprit d'analyse.
• Vous avez une bonne logique et un bon esprit mécanique.
• Vous connaissez les logiciels de la suite Ms Office (Word, Excel et PowerPoint).
• Vous connaissez les logiciels de dessins assistés par ordinateur tels Catia, Enovia…
• Vous connaissez les logiciels de Planification des ressources de l'entreprise (ERP) tels, SAP…
• Vous avec un excellent esprit d'équipe, vous êtes reconnu pour votre persévérance et votre jugement.
• Vous maîtrisez la langue française, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, et vous avez une bonne connaissance de la langue anglaise.

• You have a college or university diploma in Mechanical, Aerospace Manufacturing or in a relevant area.
• You have at least two (2) years of manufacturing experience.
• You can read technical drawings and have a good visualization in 3D with good analytical skills.
• You have a good logical mechanical skill.
• You know and are able to work with the Ms Office software suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• You can work with computer-based software such as Catia, Enovia, etc.
• You can work with Resource Planning (ERP) software such as SAP, etc.
• You are an excellent team player, are perseverant and have a good judgement.
• You are fluent in French, written and spoken and have a good knowledge of English.
