Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments for management.
    • Support preparation of meeting materials such as agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations.
    • Assist in tracking follow-ups and action items arising from meetings.
    • Assist in preparing, organising, and maintaining documents, reports, and records.
    • Handle information and documents with confidentiality and professionalism.
    • Assist in coordinating logistics for meetings, internal events, and company activities.
    • Support internal administrative processes and documentation.
    • Provide administrative support for ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by management.
    • Learn and support management-related administrative processes and workflows.
    • Proactively assist in improving administrative efficiency and organisation.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant internship experience will be an advantage.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive learning attitude, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work independently with guidance and supervision.
