- Lead the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee all aspects of accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare and present financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, as well as internal policies.
- Coordinate the yearly audit process and liaise with external auditors.
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance and suggest improvements as necessary.
- Implement and maintain effective accounting systems and internal controls.

Requirements
- Develop and maintain accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and cash flow forecasts on a regular basis, including project finances and progress reports.
- Monitor and analyze financial data and prepare financial reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with local and national financial regulations and tax requirements, including filings with BIR
- Coordinate and manage the annual audit process.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making and strategic planning.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to accounting systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
