Requirements
📊 Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and conformity with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
💼 Account Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of accounts to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data.
💰 Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage invoices, ensure timely payments, and track receivables to optimize cash flow.
🗃️ Tax Compliance: Assist in preparing tax returns and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
📈 Budgeting & Forecasting: Work with management to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
🔍 Proven experience as an accountant or similar role
🧾 Solid understanding of accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar preferred)
💬 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
🤝 Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
🗓️ Able to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently
