Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Collaborate closely with our internal product, business development, and marketing teams to ensure flawless project execution and alignment with client expectations.
  • Analyze client mini-program performance data (user engagement, conversion rates, etc.) to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for optimization.
  • Proactively manage client communications, providing regular updates and reports on project status and performance.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in an Account Management role, preferably within a digital agency or SaaS company.
  • Client-Centric Mindset: Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English to effectively communicate with internal teams and external clients.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

  • Basic technical understanding of mini-program development frameworks, UI/UX principles, and API integrations.
  • Experience using project management tools.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the mini-program ecosystem.
