As we expand our digital footprint, we're seeking a seasoned Meta Media Buyer with deep experience running performance-driven campaigns for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)—especially food and beverage brands.
Role Overview:
The Expert Meta Media Buyer will own the planning, execution, optimization, and scaling of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns. You will leverage your CPG expertise, audience insights, and testing frameworks to drive measurable growth, improve ROAS, and support brand-building initiatives across high-volume paid social programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and scale Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram with a focus on CPG food & beverage products.
- Develop full-funnel paid social strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion) tailored to CPG consumer behavior.
- Conduct deep audience research, segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify high-performing cohorts.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through structured testing—creative, copy, placements, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Work closely with the creative team to guide ad concepts, angles, hooks, and iterations based on performance data.
- Manage budgets, pacing, and performance metrics to ensure efficient spend and maximum ROI.
- Monitor analytics, build performance dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of Meta platform updates, CPG category trends, and changes in consumer habits to keep campaigns competitive.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, specifically managing performance campaigns for CPG brands (food & beverage required).
- Demonstrated success scaling paid social campaigns with strong ROAS, CPA, and LTV performance.
- Strong understanding of CPG buying cycles, household targeting, seasonal trends, and retail/digital hybrid funnel behavior.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, pixel setup, advanced audiences, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting, attribution modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate with creative teams, copywriters, and product stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with multi-channel paid media (TikTok, Google, Snap).
- Familiarity with DTC or e-commerce ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of creative strategy, direct response principles, and platform-native content trends.
