Scope of the role:
We’re looking for a Growth Creative Lead who can fully own performance-creative strategy across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, display, and affiliate channels. This role focuses on turning brand positioning into high-performing direct-response concepts while running a fast, efficient, and scalable creative production pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Define ICPs, messaging pillars, offers, and angle frameworks that drive conversion across paid channels.
- Build and manage a high-throughput production system, including briefs, storyboards, UGC and influencer sourcing, motion/editing workflows, versioning, and localization.
- Lead end-to-end creative testing: develop testing matrices for hooks, formats, CTAs, thumbnails, video lengths, landing pages, and coordinate budget allocation with media buyers.
- Establish a data-driven insights loop by analyzing platform signals (hook rate, CTR, CVR, CPA/ROAS), running surveys, and leveraging social listening to fuel new creative concepts.
- Maintain brand and compliance standards in performance contexts: adapt guidelines for direct-response campaigns, ensure claim substantiation and privacy compliance, mentor internal teams, manage agencies and creator networks, and project resource requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in performance creative, digital advertising, or growth marketing.
- Strong understanding of platform-native trends and comedic or brand-aligned storytelling.
- Hands-on experience in concepting, scripting, and iterating creative at high velocity.
- Proven ability to translate humor and brand voice into measurable ad performance.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
