Job Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Meta Media Buyer with 5+ years of hands-on experience scaling e-commerce brands, specifically in the beauty industry. You should be confident in managing $20K+/day in ad spend, know how to scale campaigns fast, and thrive in high-performance, test-and-iterate environments.
Bonus if you’ve worked with fast-moving DTC beauty brands and understand what makes paid social truly convert.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan, launch, and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for beauty and e-comm offers
- Manage daily budgets, pacing, creative rotation, and testing pipelines to meet aggressive growth KPIs
- Collaborate with creative teams and UGC partners to craft compelling hooks, angles, and offers
- Analyze and interpret campaign performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR,LTV) to drive optimization decisions
- Run ongoing A/B testing across ads, copy, and landing pages to improve performance
- Build performance dashboards and reporting frameworks to track real-time results

- 5+ years of Meta media buying experience in a high-growth environment
- Proven success scaling e-commerce brands in the beauty or skincare space
- Comfortable managing $20K+/day in ad spend across multiple campaigns and
- products
- Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel setup, and attribution tools like Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Hyros
- Strong understanding of funnel flows, AOV/CAC/LTV metrics, and performance
- frameworks
- Creative thinker with a sharp eye for what converts on paid social
