Key Responsibilities
Your primary task is responding to incoming live chat messages during your available hours. This includes answering frequently asked questions, sharing links when instructed, and confirming information requested by customers.
All responses follow pre-approved guidelines. If a customer request falls outside your responsibilities, you will follow a simple escalation process to pass the conversation to the appropriate team. You are not expected to troubleshoot complex issues unless additional training is provided.

Daily Workflow
Each session begins by logging into the designated chat platform. Incoming chats appear as customers request assistance in real time. Between conversations, you may review updated instructions, FAQs, or notices to ensure your responses remain accurate.
Because this is a remote position, you can work from home or any location with a stable internet connection. Many representatives value the quiet, focused nature of text-only support work.
Contract Terms
There is no fixed end date for this role. Chat support is needed year-round, and many representatives continue working long term due to consistent demand and scheduling flexibility.
Pay Structure
Hourly pay ranges from $25 to $35 depending on assignment type, chat volume, and level of responsibility. Entry-level roles typically begin at the base rate, with opportunities to earn more as reliability and experience increase.

Requirements
No college degree, certifications, or prior customer service experience are required. You must have access to a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer capable of running web-based chat platforms.
You should be comfortable reading instructions carefully, typing clear responses, and working independently. A minimum availability of five hours per week is required, along with dependable internet access.
Scheduling Flexibility
You may work part-time or near full-time hours based on availability and chat demand. There are no mandatory shifts unless specified by a particular assignment. Many representatives choose evenings, weekends, or short work sessions throughout the day.
