A fast-growing subscription-based fashion and wellness brand is looking to expand its digital team by hiring entry-level support staff for a Social Media Manager Work from Home support role. This is not a traditional management position—rather, you'll work behind the scenes assisting with customer support via live chat channels connected to the brand’s social media platforms.

You’ll help support the brand's front-facing social presence by answering customer questions sent via Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, and on-site chat tools. No phone calls. No content creation. No Zoom meetings. Just structured, text-based customer service with high pay and flexible hours.
