All responses are based on approved templates and FAQs. When a request falls outside your scope, you will follow a straightforward escalation process to pass it to the correct team. You are not responsible for resolving complex issues unless additional training is provided.

Daily Work Experience
You begin each session by logging into the assigned chat platform. Incoming messages appear as customers initiate conversations. Between chats, you may review updates such as new instructions, promotions, or FAQs to stay aligned with current information.
