About the Role

As an Inbound Customer Service Agent, you'll support government-based programs that make a real difference in people's lives. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role where consistency, attention to detail, and follow-through matter.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Handling inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and confidence

  • Providing accurate information, basic troubleshooting, and clear next steps

  • Scheduling appointments and submitting support tickets when appropriate

  • Documenting each interaction thoroughly and accurately in our systems

  • Following up with customers when required to ensure resolution and satisfaction

  • Adhering to program guidelines, compliance requirements, and quality standards

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • A quiet, dedicated home workspace free from distractions

  • Reliable high-speed internet, ethernet connection

  • Windows-based computer (dual monitors preferred) and USB-wired headset

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Consistent availability Monday-Friday between 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. EST

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Prior customer service or call center experience

  • Comfort working with structured systems and documentation

  • Bilingual English/Spanish (highly valued)

  • Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. EST

  • Location: Fully Remote (EST hours required)
