About the Role
As an Inbound Customer Service Agent, you'll support government-based programs that make a real difference in people's lives. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role where consistency, attention to detail, and follow-through matter.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Handling inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and confidence

Providing accurate information, basic troubleshooting, and clear next steps

Scheduling appointments and submitting support tickets when appropriate

Documenting each interaction thoroughly and accurately in our systems

Following up with customers when required to ensure resolution and satisfaction

Adhering to program guidelines, compliance requirements, and quality standards

Required Qualifications

A quiet, dedicated home workspace free from distractions

Reliable high-speed internet, ethernet connection

Windows-based computer (dual monitors preferred) and USB-wired headset

High school diploma or GED

Ability to pass a background check

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Consistent availability Monday-Friday between 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. EST

Prior customer service or call center experience

Comfort working with structured systems and documentation

Bilingual English/Spanish (highly valued)
