A rapidly growing investment network is hiring Remote Real Estate Wholesaling Assistants to support its nationwide contract assignment operation. This position offers a unique opportunity to participate in the real estate industry’s most lucrative niche—
wholesaling—without making calls, getting licensed, or investing money upfront. Even better? The system you'll be using was developed by a high-volume property investor
featured on A&E, who built a national reputation by helping ordinary people step into real estate using nothing but a contract and a laptop. If you’re organized, eager to learn, and want to gain hands-on experience supporting live real estate transactions—without any traditional barriers to entry—this role gives you access to tools, training, and workflows you won’t find anywhere else.
What You’ll DoYour role begins once a motivated seller has signed a purchase agreement. At that point, you step in to manage everything between contract intake and deal completion. You’ll organize the paperwork, verify that key fields are properly completed, and prepare a clean assignment contract that enables the deal to be transferred to a buyer. The system is structured, templated, and fully remote. You won’t need to talk to sellers, make offers, or push paperwork through in-person closings. This is the digital engine behind real estate deal flow—and it can be done from anywhere with Wi-Fi.
Key Responsibilities - Review property contracts for completeness: proper names, dates, signatures, and agreed pricing
- Organize documents in cloud-based folders using pre-established naming systems
- Fill out assignment contracts using drag-and-drop templates
- Ensure each document complies with assignment requirements before delivery
- Send finalized contract packets to vetted buyers via secure sharing tools
- Update project trackers with status changes, submission dates, and buyer confirmation
- Archive completed deals into compliance-ready folders
- Follow internal SOPs for every task to ensure no steps are skipped or misfiled
Every step is documented and taught. This is real transaction work that anyone with discipline and attention to detail can learn.
Why This Role Is Different - Designed by a national real estate authority who’s been featured on A&E for building accessible investment systems
- Built for total beginners—no license, prior knowledge, or sales experience needed
- Focused on performance, not availability—you’re paid per deal, not per hour
- Teaches an in-demand skill you can use with any wholesaler or investor nationwide
- 100% remote—never make a phone call or step foot in a closing
Training & SupportYou’ll be trained in the exact deal flow system used by one of the industry’s top wholesalers. This is the same method that’s powered hundreds of successful off-market transactions. Training includes:
- Purchase contract walkthroughs and error-spotting
- Folder setup and document naming conventions
- Assignment agreement preparation
- Timeline tracking, version control, and communication templates
- Real-world deal examples from contract to close
- Complete SOPs for every recurring task
Everything is step-by-step, visual, and built to empower people with no real estate background.

- Familiarity with Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets
- Basic typing and file organization skills
- Ability to follow structured workflows
- Comfort working independently and staying on task
No sales calls. No marketing. No quotas. Your job is to complete contract assignments cleanly, consistently, and on time.
What You’ll EarnThis is a per-deal, project-based position. You’ll be paid for each deal you process successfully—from initial contract review through buyer handoff. Payouts typically range from
$2,000 to $10,000 per completed assignment, depending on the market and deal complexity. As you get faster and more familiar with the process, you’ll be able to complete deals more efficiently—directly increasing your earning potential.

- Freelancers or virtual assistants looking to niche down into a valuable industry
- Entry-level workers who want to develop a real skill while earning income
- Career switchers who want results-based pay and independent work

A Day in the LifeYou begin your day checking your queue and see two new contracts have been submitted. You open each one and begin checking the documents against a checklist: is the price listed? Are all names correct? Are all fields signed and dated? You notice one document has a missing signature and quickly use a templated message to request a correction. The other is perfect. You drop the contract details into an assignment agreement template, fill in the blanks, and save everything to a folder labeled with the buyer’s name and property address. You send it off securely, log the delivery, and move on to the next file.No meetings. No calls. No pressure. Just clean, system-based execution.
What You’ll Gain - Practical experience in one of real estate’s most profitable models—wholesaling
- Exposure to contracts, compliance workflows, and documentation best practices
