Job DescriptionWe are looking for highly organized, self-motivated individuals to join our team as Online Kindle Publishing Support Assistants. This is a fully remote, beginner-level role designed for people who want to start a flexible online career without the need for a college degree, publishing experience, or writing skills. You’ll be guided through a complete training program that shows you how to research nonfiction topics, generate content using AI, format manuscripts for Amazon Kindle, and manage listings on Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP).As a Support Assistant, your main task is to follow a proven workflow to create nonfiction eBooks that get published under your name (or a pen name) and sold on Amazon. - Use keyword tools and research dashboards to identify book ideas with high reader demand
- Evaluate topic competition, relevance, and sales trends in categories like productivity, self-help, wellness, budgeting, and journaling
- Validate topics based on Amazon Best Seller Rank (BSR) and keyword search volume
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT to produce structured chapter content using provided prompts
- Edit and organize AI-generated text into professional manuscripts
- Ensure readability, logical flow, and alignment with target audience expectations
- Apply Kindle-approved templates using Google Docs or Microsoft Word
- Structure chapters, add a clickable table of contents, and insert disclaimers or author bios
- Ensure clean formatting that meets Amazon KDP’s technical requirements
- Write SEO-rich titles and benefit-driven subtitles
- Use copywriting frameworks to craft engaging product descriptions
- Apply backend metadata including keywords, categories, and pricing tiers
- Submit final manuscripts and cover files through Amazon KDP
- Configure distribution settings, royalty preferences, and book previews
- Review live listings and make adjustments as needed to improve sales
- Use Amazon’s reporting tools to monitor book sales and Kindle Unlimited reads
- Log income using tracking spreadsheets
- Identify opportunities to scale by publishing additional titles
