All responses are based on pre-approved materials. You are not expected to write custom sales copy, improvise answers, or handle complex issues independently. When a request falls outside your scope, you will follow a clear escalation process to route the conversation appropriately.
Depending on the platform, you may handle multiple chats at once. Limits are set to ensure response quality and prevent overload.
Daily Work Structure
Each session begins by logging into the assigned chat system from your device. Incoming chats appear as customers request assistance in real time. Between conversations, you may review updated FAQs, instructions, or notices to stay aligned with current information.
Because the role is remote, you can work from home, shared spaces, or while traveling, provided your internet connection is reliable.
Contract and Continuity
There is no fixed contract end date. Assignments are ongoing, and many chat associates remain active long term due to consistent demand and flexible scheduling. Live chat support is required year-round across multiple time zones.
Pay and Earnings
Compensation ranges from $25 to $35 per hour depending on assignment type, chat volume, and experience level. Entry-level roles typically begin at the base rate, with opportunities to earn more as you demonstrate reliability and efficiency.

Eligibility and Requirements
No degree or prior customer service experience is required. You must have access to a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer capable of running web-based chat platforms.
You should be comfortable typing clear responses, following detailed instructions, and working independently without live supervision. A minimum availability of five hours per week is required, and uninterrupted internet access is essential.
Scheduling Options
