Just a clear, repeatable system that produces real income for anyone willing to follow directions and be consistent.Role ResponsibilitiesYou’ll manage the full eBook creation and publishing workflow. Everything is broken into five easy-to-execute stages:
Stage 1: Choose a Profitable Topic
The first step is selecting a nonfiction topic that Amazon readers are already interested in. You’ll use provided keyword research tools, bestseller tracking dashboards, and a curated database of validated niche ideas.Popular niches include:- Daily mindfulness prompts
- Simple budget planners
- Remote work checklists
- Time-blocking techniques
- Goal-setting journals
- Spot gaps in existing categories
- Use keyword search volumes to predict demand
- Choose topics that are fast to create and easy to sell
Stage 2: Use AI to Generate the Book
Once you have your topic, you’ll use artificial intelligence (AI) to generate the content. You’ll be equipped with prompt libraries that structure the book into chapters, summaries, and even bonus sections.Tasks include:- Feeding topic-specific prompts into ChatGPT (or similar)
- Structuring the output into logical chapters
- Editing for clarity, tone, and usefulness
- Adding helpful extras like summaries or call-to-action pages
Stage 3: Format the Manuscript for Kindle
When the content is ready, it must be formatted to Kindle standards. You’ll use pre-designed templates that require zero coding or design knowledge.Formatting involves:- Applying correct heading styles
- Inserting a clickable Table of Contents
- Adding legal disclaimers, title page, and author info
- Previewing layout on Kindle Previewer to confirm everything looks professional
Stage 4: Build a High-Performance Amazon Listing
To ensure your book gets discovered and purchased, you’ll use pre-written copy blocks and metadata tools to build an optimized product listing on Amazon.You’ll be trained to:- Craft keyword-optimized titles and subtitles
- Write compelling product descriptions using proven templates
- Choose the right categories and backend keywords
- Upload your cover and manuscript to Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP)

Stage 5: Monitor Royalties & Expand Your Portfolio
Once your first book is published, it starts earning royalties. You’ll track performance using royalty dashboards and use that data to plan future titles.This stage includes:- Logging daily Kindle Unlimited pages read
