Training Process
– 2 hours of onboarding videos
– Practice responding to common chat/email scenarios
– Shadow one live shift with feedback
– Start working within 2–4 days after acceptance

Example Shift Flow
You start your Saturday shift at 10 AM. First up, a customer asks how to pause their subscription—you send the instructions. Another can’t find their receipt—you resend it from the dashboard. A third needs help updating billing—you walk them through with a macro. No phones. No meetings. Just focused, written customer service.
