Position Overview

This work-from-home opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals who want flexibility, upward mobility, and control over their earning potential. You’ll engage exclusively with individuals who have already asked for information — there is no cold outreach involved.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Communicating with members who have requested benefit reviews

  • Organizing and hosting virtual appointments

  • Clearly presenting benefit options in an educational, easy-to-understand way

  • Guiding members through the application process

  • Maintaining follow-up communication to ensure continued support

  • Participating in structured training, coaching, and leadership development

Who You Are

  • Confident and clear communicator, comfortable working remotely

  • Self-directed, dependable, and goal-oriented

  • Service-focused with a genuine desire to help others

  • Comfortable with technology, video meetings, and online systems

  • Background in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
