Pay Structure & Scheduling
Starting wage: $25/hr. After 30 successful shifts, reps are eligible for $30–$35/hr based on feedback, ticket resolution speed, and chat accuracy.
You’ll choose your own schedule weekly from a dashboard that shows available shifts across all global time zones. Most agents work 15–30 hours per week, but full-time is available.
Training & Onboarding
– 2 hours of asynchronous onboarding videos
– 3 practice chat sessions
– One-on-one feedback from a live team member
– Most new hires complete training in 48–72 hours and begin work the same week
Example Work Session
You pick a 6-hour block from 10 AM to 4 PM. In that time, you help customers reset passwords, redeem welcome discounts, locate tracking numbers, and modify subscriptions. You average 3–5 chats per hour, all from your laptop, with no phone interruptions or pressure to “upsell.” You wrap your shift with clear metrics and clock out stress-free.
